If you are interested in our products or services, please submit this form. We are a small shop and our inventory is not large enough to offer "shopping cart" technology on the web site. Our order form is provided to give users a structured opportunity to get in touch with us. It does not invoke an automated order. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. Orders are payable upon receipt of merchandise.
We accept Master, Visa, and Discover credit cards or Paypal as payment but prefer check or money order.Paypal Invoice will be issued for credit card or Paypal transaction.Please include your zip code so that we can calculate shipping and get back to you with an estimate.
